I'd like to print out enlarged copies of a few important pages while I learn the camera. Canon puts a huge COPY watermark across every page you try to print from the download at the Canon site. This is distracting and makes it look as if you stole the manual! They do not provide a large print manual so I'm very unhappy.

If anyone knows how to take that watermark Layer out, please let me know. I was able to take it out of the S2 manual but the technique doesn't seem to work for this one.
